Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's)
Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) are now a legal requirement for any UK building - commercial or residential - which is sold, rented out or constructed. It is the owners' (Landlords') responsibility to ensure that it is produced.
Landlords
"From 1 October 2008, if you are renting out your property, you will need to provide a certificate to any prospective tenant. Once obtained, a certificate remains valid for up to 10 years. If a valid Energy Performance Certificate still exists when changing tenants no new certificate is required. This applies to both private and social sector landlords and tenants." - www.communities.gov.uk
About us
London EPC has been in operation since August 2007 and has produced numerous EPC's for British Gas, Estate Agents, Solicitors, Landlords, Lettings Agents, HIP producers and private individuals.
In order to be able to practice inspectors must be accredited by a government approved accreditation authority which ensures that inspectors are qualified, have passed a CRB check and are insured.

Floor Plans and Lease Plans are produced according to Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) guidelines.
