For repeat business this price can be negotiated according to volume, for example blocks of flats at which access can be obtained to all relevant properties on the same day.

Delivery

EPC's can generally be delivered when required. Any delays induced are usually due to difficulties encountered in gaining access (eg keys not working, tenants absent) or the 24 hours required to generate a Unique Postcode Reference Number (UPRN) for properties without one. The UPRN is required in order to identify an EPC as relevant to a particular flat within a building rather than the building as a whole.
